Sunrise Auction Company was established in 1997 and quickly became known as a family focused auction company that raised industry standards and provided high quality, comprehensive, estate-liquidation services. 

In 2011, Sunrise Auction Company expanded its business by acquiring a 5,000 square foot indoor, heated auction center. Rain or shine, hot or cold, we can conduct auctions year round in a comfortable environment. In the winter of 2013, Sunrise Auction Company expanded its services to include online auctions. The auction center serves as a home to our online auctions, offering a great location for auction pick-up and public viewing, prior to auction close.

In 2023, Sunrise Auction Company once again expanded as Kyle took over ownership and day-to-day operations. Kyle was young when he first learned of his love for auctions and helping others sell their lifelong treasures. After graduating from UW-Madison in 2022, Kyle began working with Ernie at Sunrise Auction Company. It did not take long for Ernie and Kyle to see what a great fit Kyle would be at Sunrise. Since becoming the owner of Sunrise Auction Company, Kyle and Ernie have continued to work collaboratively to ensure they are providing high quality auctioneering services that stick to the company’s family roots. 

Kyle enjoys boating, snowmobiling, four-wheeling, sports and getting outdoors. He is passionate about connecting those in need of selling with those in the market to buy and looks forward to many years of growth at Sunrise Auction Company.
